It's a coffee shop and more. They have really good food, a slick
back- room lounge and a basement mini-club. This place is casual
and the people are young, good looking and out for a good time or
casual converation. The desserts are awesome too. Easy access by
subway and Greenwich Village is just a shor walk away.

The Seaport is a great spot to go for
lunch, dinner, happy hour or a summer outdoor concert. The Seaport
boasts one of the best views in the city. The food court has a fabulous
view of The Brooklyn Bridge and dowstairs the docks have the Wall
Street skyscapers as a background vista. There are always neat little
things happening around the Seaport.
