WinZip is a tool you need to have. Use it to compress files sent by email or to save on storage space. I recommend compressing files before emailing them. Especially if you use AOL email and try to attach a file. (Zip it first.). Sorry Mac users, for Windows only.

Acrobat Reader is another utility I insist you download. There is a 100% chance that I will send you a .pdf file or you will down load a .pdf from the Client Resource page. This probably the safest way to send and view file from one computer to another.

Google is search engine and web directory site. It's easy to use and your search results are optimized. I personally like the Google Toolbar anchored to my browser. It prevents pop-up screens and provided other relative info.

Macromedia Flash Player Believe it or not, there are some pretty cool things on the internet. One of them is Flash design. The Flash Player lets you view Flash movies as well as Flash web sites. Flash is pretty powerful and fun. If you have a high speed internet connection you should install Flash Player.
