Once upon a time...
I was born on Long Island, in a town called Port Jefferson. I studied Architecture in NYC and after two and half years of living in Manhattan, I needed a change. I moved to Arizona and also changed my major to Graphic Design. I graduated in May, 1995 and have been in the industry ever since. Here I am today, 12 years later, still a New Yorker but living in the Wild West. I now have family on both the east and west coasts.It's great spending time between the two. Good Question. Some people don't quite understand what I do for a living. I can say " I'm a Graphic Designer" but that seems too limited. I prefer to say that I am a problem solver. I provide creative solutions for businesses. Printing, web, logos, ads are only a few of the services I provide. Both my portfolio and my resume are available on this site. My favorite Spanish teacher, my wife, Gladys has been helping with my Spanish. I have been getting better.Listening to spanish music helps.. so does watching tv and movies with the subtitles. There are a few things I have problems with when it comes to translation..... 1) Why is Bugs Bunny el Conejo Bugs and Kermit the Frog la Rana Rene? Shouldn't it be la Rana Kermit? How did Kermit get changed to Rene? And the Smurfs....Pituflos???
